This Privacy Policy describes how Funglia ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit our website at funglia.com, make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us. Please read this policy carefully. By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to the practices described below.

- Name, email address, phone number, and billing/shipping address when you place an order or create an account
- Payment information (credit card details, PayPal) — note: we do not store full card numbers; payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal

- Responses to surveys, promotions, or quizzes (such as our product recommendation quiz)

3. Sharing Your Information

Service providers and business partners:
- Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts our store, processes payments, and provides checkout infrastructure. Shopify's privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Supliful — our fulfillment partner, which receives your name and shipping address solely to fulfill and ship your order. Supliful does not use your information for any other purpose.
- Klaviyo — our email marketing platform, which stores your email address and purchase history to send transactional and marketing emails (if you are subscribed).
- Google LLC — for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads). Google may use data collected via cookies to personalize ads. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — for advertising measurement and retargeting via the Meta Pixel, if you have interacted with our Facebook or Instagram ads.
- PayPal — as an optional payment processor at checkout.
Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Funglia, our customers, or others.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Order records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years. Marketing preferences and email subscription data are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

California residents (CCPA): If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
7. Children's Privacy
Our website and products are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at hello@funglia.com and we will delete it promptly.
